We read and annotated two poems by Langston Hughes in class today. We also had a bell ringer who talked about advice our mothers or grandmothers gave us. which was related to the poetry we read.
I think there is life in space, but when I first saw the image of the world from Mars' perspective, I wasn't impressed since I thought Mars would hardly be able to see the planet, which it did. we are focused on emily dickinson and her poems. i’m not a big poetry person but i can relate to them or compare situations. i don’t like analyzing all the time but it helps get deeper into it and helps me get a better understanding.
